8bb | Login to Your Account and Start Playing Instantly

Secure login — how to sign in

Signing in to 8bb is simple and secure. You have two options — log in with your mobile number and password, or use an OTP (one-time code). Both methods are equally secure and take just a few seconds.

The 8bb login page is protected by SSL 256-bit encryption. Your password and personal information are never stored as plain text — everything is encrypted. Log in with complete peace of mind.

Quick tips: Logging in through the mobile app lets you sign in faster using your fingerprint or PIN. Once logged in, you'll be signed in automatically in future sessions.

Login Methods

Method 1 — Mobile number & password

The most common method. Just enter your registered mobile number and password to access your account instantly. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password?' option below.

Method 2 — Log in with OTP

Use this method if you have forgotten your password or just want to log in quickly. A 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile — enter it and you are in. The code is valid for 5 minutes only.

If you are not receiving the OTP: First, check your network connection. If the OTP still does not arrive, click the "Resend" button. OTPs normally arrive within 30 seconds. If the issue persists, contact us via live chat.

What to Do If You Have Login Issues

Login issues can happen from time to time, but most of them are easy to fix on your own. Here are solutions to the most common problems:

Incorrect password error

Check that Caps Lock is off — your password is case-sensitive. After 5 failed attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 30 minutes and try again.

OTP not received

Check your mobile network and make sure the number isn't marked as spam or blocked. Use the 'Resend' option if needed. If the problem persists, contact support.

Page not loading

Try clearing your browser cache or switching to incognito mode. For the best experience, use the mobile app.

Forgot password

Click 'Forgot Password?' on the login page. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile — use it to set a new password.

Account suspended

If you see a message saying your account is suspended or closed, please reach out to our support team. They'll explain the reason and take the necessary steps.

Login Security — What to Keep in Mind

Keeping your 8bb account secure is important. We provide the highest level of technical security, but staying alert on your end matters too.

Be careful on public Wi-Fi: Avoid logging in on café or public networks. Use your personal mobile data instead.
Never share your password with anyone: No 8bb staff member will ever ask for your password. If anyone does, treat it as a scam.
Log out when you're done: Always log out after using a shared device.
If you notice a suspicious login: View your session history and change your password immediately from Account Settings.
Use a strong password: Use a password that is at least 8 characters long and combines numbers and special characters.

Phishing alert: The official 8bb domain is 8bb.ng. Do not log in from any other website or message. Always type the address directly into your browser.
